Les nouvelles autour de fulltiltpoker: rachat sans USA et France

Alors que Fulltilt Poker doit passé devant la commission le 26 juillet, des rumeurs inquiétantes font état d'un possible rachat sans les passifs américains et français. Plus anecdotique Brunson aurait été remboursé et Gordon a été blanchi de toute responsabilité.

Fulltilt Poker, un rachat des actifs sans la France et les USA

Selon les infos qui circulent en ce moment, l'énigmatique repreneur européen sera en effet uniquement intéressé par une partie de Fulltilt Poker, à savoir la partie irlandaise et britannique, opérant sur les marchés non régulés du marché européen et sur le Royaume-Uni.
Cela voudrait dire en clair que le passif de la société, à savoir principalement les fonds des joueurs américains et pour quelques millions, celui des joueurs français, passera à la trappe dans le rachat.

Vu comment l'affaire UB/AP a pourri la vie de ces deux opérateurs jusqu'à aujourd'hui sur leur réputation, cette opération ne me semble pas sans risque pour un repreneur. Connaissant les joueurs de poker, certains d'entre eux, légitemement, ne manqueront pas une occasion de rappeler sur n'importe quel forum, à l'occasion de n'importe quelle opération de communication que Fulltilt Poker les a laissé tomber sans autre forme de procès.

Si les joueurs français venaient à ne pas recevoir leur argent, il sera également intéressant de voir comment l'ARJEL se retournera contre Fulltilt Poker. Elle doit disposer à priori de toutes les informations sur la société, via la demande de licence.

D'une manière plus personnelle, j'espère vraiment que les éventuelles actions en justice déboucheront sur une condamnation de toutes les propriétaires de Fulltilt Poker et un dédommagement important. Quand, pendant plusieurs années, on s'est extrêment enrichi grâce aux bénéfices de la société il faut assumer les sommes qui sont dues non sous forme d'amendes mais pour de l'argent légitime, déposé par les joueurs, et qui méritent de le retrouver.
Outre la morale, il en va de la bonne santé du poker en ligne pour les prochaines années. Nous n'avons pas besoin d'un tel merdier généré par quelques voleurs sans scrupule.

Les anecdotes autour de l'affaire

C'est un twitter de Brunson qui après plusieurs jour n'a pas été confirmé de manière officielle mais il semble que le fils, Todd Brunson, ait été remboursé de sa bankroll sur Fulltilt Poker, à savoir $150,000, personnellement par Howard Lederer, après l'avoir rencontré par hasard sur un parking. Celui ci lui aurait donné l'argent de la main à la main depuis le coffre de sa voiture! Où l'on en revient aux voleurs qui j'espère paieront un jour.

Quant à Phil Gordon, dans la procédure visant tous les propriétaires de Fulltilt, il a été totalement exonéré, n'ayant jamais pris part aux décisions opérationnelles.

Une bonne nouvelle pour le joueur, qui ne change malheureusement rien à la situation de tous les joueurs américains et français.

Et donc concrètement moi qui suis Belge et a qui il restait un petit peu plus de 19 EUR ou USD et bien il ne me reste je pense plus que les yeux pour bien voir a quel point je me suis fait rouler tout simplement comme pour beaucoup de monde je pense alors une suggetion, une plainte ensemble que tous les joueurs laisés n'en reste pas sur un coup de poker bien joué de la part de gens qui ne pense qu'a eux et eux seul mais les perdants jusqu'a présent c'est bien nous pauvres joueurs qui avons mis quelques dizaines , centaines , ou même millier d'euro alors messieurs Foulltiltpoker ou en est notre argent et quand pourront nous le récupérer s'il vous plait je pense qu'un dialogue est mieux mais comme pour tout le monde chaccun a ses limites

Do you think that balanced parties should be the best parties in pk? If not, then how you see the best pk party?
This question is related to what I wrote above cause based on the % from that link atm the best party looks to have:
- 4 rogues
- 1 warrior
- 1 priest
- 1 mage
- 1 warrior, priest or mage (in this order)
This type of party is completly unbalanced.

What I need is a confirmed 'Yes we will support this' and not the usual 'as far as i am aware there is no issues with the CSS currrently' as the latter response does not help me if there is a problem, even to the point that I have purchased a product through the PUS that cost $54.99 and would expect either a full refund or at least the correct support to fix the issues that may arise.

Most cheaters don't even know the best places to find hack tools, how to troubleshoot them, don't put in the extra effort to try and figure out why a hack tool doesn't work, or have the desire to endlessly make new accounts when they get banned the first time or two.

Even worse is that, with scams, they never come one at a time. Scammers love to submit in groups to try and capitalize on a perceived exploit, and each one of those has to be investigated in full. Whenever there's an outbreak of some sort (hacker stealing accounts, glitch in the game causing problem, APR error, etc) for every one legitimate complaint there's five scam attempts bare minimum. We have no way of verifying the difference until actually performing a full investigation, giving equal resources to the false claims as the legitimate ones, and thus wasting time as a result.

Today I saw a guy who was trying to sell +9 & +10 items by spamming the merchant chat. He was advertising his web site, in which he sells these items. I took the KSC of him and sent it to the customer service with a clear, detailed explaination. He was saying that he sells ALL KINDS of +9 and +10 items in his web site. I came back from University after not being able to play for months due to ports being blocked at the University halls. I come back and I'm one of the many who have been hacked by this "gang of hackers" or whatever. I submitted a support ticket soon after checking the forums, now a week later, an annoucement is up on the main website.

Why has MGAME forgotten USKO? It seems like JapKO and KOKO are ages ahead of us and that the delevopers are giving a minimum amount of concern towards the Knight Online game that Gamersfirst is hosting. Isn't this situation kind of frustrating? If that's the case, and if Gamersfirst is aware of this problem, does the company have any plans to deal with this issue?

As a bit of trouble shooting, go to the GamersFirst website and log yourself out. Close down your browser, then clear out your cache and cookies. Go back the GamersFirst website, click Support and click your corresponding region for the KOL tab. That should take you to the KOL knowledge base page. Click the 'Email Us' link -- since you'll still be logged out at that point, it will ask you to log in. Log in with the account you'll be making the report from. The site should then return you to the knowledge base page, though now you will be logged in. Click on 'Email Us' link a second time and it should bring you to the Ticket Submission page.

Right now we're in the midst of getting some updates on various matters from the developers, including new information regarding our Character Editor GM tool, which is what we'd use to alter NP values and other character-related variables. Because of that, I've been postponing taking any action regarding removing banned NPT accounts from their clans. However, once all that is cleared, I'll be going through all of my NPT bans for this year and removing all banned accounts from their clans, which should help level things out a bit.

If you believe Ardream is a new player pvp zone do u think its fair for people to get high end gear in low lvl zone?

You make it sound like spam on Facebook is something strange and unheard of.
Unfortunately, there's no real way to block those comments. We can delete them and ban the user who posted them from further posting on our updates, but the abuse comes in such a massive volume and speed that there's no real way to keep up with it. One time Korlash was putting up announcements on the Facebook page -- he posted the English version first, then posted up the Turkish version. There was maybe ten seconds delay between the two of them, but by the time the second one had gotten up, there were already about 200+ replies on the English announcement from Turkish users whining about how they hadn't gotten their version yet. It's just way too much to ever try and keep up with at the moment. We'd need to have a moderator who does nothing but work on Facebook all day long -- it's not really worth it.
